Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Represent and advise clients on litigation and business‑related legal matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents
  • Analyze legal and factual issues and provide practical recommendations and solutions
  • Manage matters from inception through resolution while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Appear in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, and other litigation‑related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness
  • Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff in a team‑oriented environment
  • Maintain organized case management practices and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Support firm initiatives and contribute positively to team culture and professional development efforts
Qualifications
