Pacer Group in California is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate to join its team, handling a broad range of civil and commercial matters from early stages through resolution with increasing responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 1–7 years of civil and/or commercial litigation experience and strong legal writing, research, and motion-pro practice skills, with deposition and court experience preferred.
