Key Responsibilities

The Associate Attorney will focus heavily on employment litigation matters, including single‑plaintiff cases and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Responsibilities will include:

• Managing an active caseload of employment litigation matters
• Handling single‑plaintiff employment cases and PAGA lawsuits
• Drafting and responding to written discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing case analyses
• Developing litigation strategies and assisting with case evaluation
• Preparing for and attending court hearings, mediations, and other proceedings
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process
• Managing case deadlines and ensuring compliance with applicable court rules and procedures

Qualifications
