Job summary

HonorVet Technologies in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level Attorney with 2-5 years of law firm experience to handle complex litigation matters. You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials while collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates will be admitted to the California Bar or the bar of the state where the office is located.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience practicing as an attorney at a law firm.
  • Strong litigation experience with exposure to complex legal matters.
  • Experience with legal research, case analysis, pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively represent and communicate with clients.
  • Strong case management and organizational skills.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the applicable state bar (Los Angeles).

Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation matters with strong advocacy skills.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
  • Manage discovery, prepare for hearings and trials.
  • Represent clients effectively and communicate clearly.
  • Coordinate with clients and opposing counsel to move matters forward.

Pay Rate: $360K/yr. on W2 With Benefits

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Job Summary

Mid-level Attorney with 2-5 years of law firm experience, strong litigation skills, and experience handling complex legal matters. Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, prepare for hearings and trials, and effectively represent clients. Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment. While Los Angeles is the preferred location for this position, but we can consider candidates within our other office locations. But candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location and those locations can be discussed during screening.
