Job summary

gpac is assisting a boutique firm in adding a Commercial Litigation Attorney to its CA team. This role offers fully remote flexibility with an in-person/Hybrid option at the LA area office. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in complex litigation, CA admission, and strong client ownership in a Top 30/BIGLAW background.

The work spans complex commercial matters, arbitrations, occasional trials, and Prop 65 engagements with a balanced, mentorship-friendly culture and meaningful client ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of complex litigation experience.
• California bar admission is required.
• Top 30 law school and/or BigLaw background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from filing to resolution.
• Lead arbitrations and handle occasional trials as needed.
• Contribute to Prop 65 and entertainment-related matters when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships with ownership and accountability.

I\'m working with a boutique litigation firm that is adding a Commercial Litigation Attorney to its team. This firm does have an office in Los Angeles for those who prefer to work in-person or hybrid.
