Job description

Established Lexington law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. We will consider both recent law school graduates and attorneys with one to three years of experience.

Our practice focuses primarily on representing financial institutions and creditors in commercial litigation, collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related civil matters. Prior experience in these areas is helpful but not required. We are looking for a motivated attorney with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and a desire to learn.

The successful candidate will receive significant mentoring and hands‑on experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, appearing in court, communicating with clients, and managing an active caseload as experience develops.
