ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – CONSTRUCTION & BUSINESS LITIGATION

Woolford Myer Law, a boutique firm specializing in construction and business litigation, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We represent a diverse range of clients in the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, trade contractors, design professionals, and developers. Our firm handles legal matters such as construction payment disputes, business litigation, employment discrimination claims, OSHA violations, and bid protests.

Responsibilities

1. Draft pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
2. Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
3. Conduct legal research and case analysis.
4. Take and defend depositions.
5. Work directly with clients, providing updates and gathering case-related information.
6. Attend court proceedings.

Qualifications

1. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
2. Strong legal research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
3. High-quality writing skills.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
