Job summary

Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford, P.A. in Atlanta seeks an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic litigation team focusing on transportation and premises liability matters.

You will manage all aspects of litigation, conduct research, draft pleadings and motions, and represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations while collaborating with senior attorneys and partners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active license/in good standing to practice law.
• 3–5 years of experience in general liability and/or transportation liability defense.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
