We are seeking an eager and talented early-career lawyer to join our team for a full-time, in-person position at our office in Irvine. This role is ideal for a recent graduate through fourth-year lawyer with exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities, but the firm will consider applications from qualified attorneys with any amount of experience. The associate will be given training and responsibility for a wide range of tasks related to complex business litigation. We pride ourselves on offering hands‑on learning from the first day on the job, and endeavor to develop lawyers capable of handling every aspect of case management and client relationships.
