As an associate attorney, you will work directly with clients from the outset. You will attend board meetings, help advise clients, draft documents, conduct research, participate in litigation (nearly all in federal court), and collaborate with experienced attorneys across the firm. The role offers immediate responsibility, meaningful client relationships, and guidance from attorneys who are leaders in the field.
We are primarily seeking candidates who can work onsite in our Indianapolis office, although we will consider a hybrid or remote arrangement for the right candidate. We practice throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and several surrounding states.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach. Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Indiana, Kentucky, or Ohio . We are seeking an attorney with three or more years of legal experience , and we particularly welcome candidates with experience in labor and employment law or collections litigation . Compensation will reflect the candidate’s relevant experience.
