Job Title: Corporate & Commercial Transactions Associate Attorney (100% Remote)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Corporate Transactions Attorney to manage and execute complex corporate transactions, client advisory, and deal structures in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and closing transactional matters while advising corporate clients on business growth and governance.

Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience: 2+ years of dedicated corporate transactional law experience within a law firm or in-house corporate legal department.
• Core Competencies: Strong contract drafting, advanced deal management skills, and thorough knowledge of corporate legal principles.
• Work Style: Self-directed with high attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based)
