  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client onboarding meetings and guide the case lifecycle.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, demand packages, and settlement documents.
  • Perform legal research and assist in developing case strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Coordinate medical treatment, order records, and assess case evidence.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, courts, and medical providers.
  • Prepare insurance claims and assist with settlement negotiations.
