We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients primarily in Jefferson County Circuit Court, draft legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in court
2. Represent cities and other political subdivisions
3. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
4. Advise clients on business and legal transactions
5. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
6. Comply with all legal standards and regulations
7. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
