Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-5 years of attorney experience.
• Must have passed the Bar Examination with a satisfactory score.
• Must have US Work Authorization.
• Must possess excellent research and writing skills.
• Must have litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise legal documents such as briefs, complaints, settlement agreements, and contracts
• Research relevant laws, regulations, and precedents regarding complex legal disputes
• Analyze facts and evidence to formulate a plan for legal action
• Offer clients guidance to address their legal difficulties
• Represent clients at trials, arbitrations, hearings, and mediations
