Job description

Cold Peak Legal is a virtual services law firm serving Alaska and Arizona statewide. CPL specializes in transactional and estate planning services and takes litigation on a case-by-case basis.

This position is fully remote with in-person appearances rarely required.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate will start as an independent contractor and transition to an employment role after a probationary period. Pay is a percentage of your collected billing. CPL does not currently offer benefits.

Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, legal research, client communications, and litigation support.

Qualifications
