The firm represents clients across multiple states and various oil and gas basins, providing exceptional legal services in the industry. The role will focus on reviewing and drafting title opinions, conducting due diligence, and performing legal research.

Responsibilities

1. Draft and review oil and gas title opinions.
2. Conduct due diligence and legal research related to title issues.
3. Negotiate and draft oil and gas agreements.
4. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve legal matters.
5. Provide advice and guidance to clients on title and ownership issues.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in oil and gas title examination.
2. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
5. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
