We are looking for a dedicated Associate Attorney who embodies these principles and is eager to grow with us.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to build your legal career with a recognized leader in Creditors’ Rights law. You’ll work closely with the Managing Attorney and other experienced legal professionals who are invested in mentorship and collaboration. Our firm values autonomy while providing the structure and resources you need to succeed, making this an ideal setting for a motivated attorney ready to excel. With the flexibility of a remote role, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while building a robust litigation skill set.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all legal processes for a high-volume caseload, from inception through post-judgment remedies.

Demonstrate exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.

Provide expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.

Travel to various courts within Virginia to provide legal representation in proceedings and attend hearings as needed.

Work closely with the Managing Attorney to report on all case activity and results.

Must hold an active license to practice law in Virginia.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and litigate a high-volume caseload.

Willingness and ability to travel to courts throughout Virginia as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

Outstanding time management and organizational skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.
