Job summary

Illinois Defense Counsel in Fairfax, Virginia, seeks an entry-level Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury practice. The role targets candidates with 0–3 years of experience, ready to work in a dynamic litigation environment.

You will perform legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients at depositions and hearings, under supervision. Virginia bar admission is required or in good standing, with MD/DC considered for eligibility.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Virginia State Bar member in good standing; Maryland/DC considered.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
