Job description

We are looking for an attorney with 3-5 years of insurance defense experience with an emphasis on defending commercial automobile/trucking litigation.

You will have the opportunity to handle cases from inception through appeal, including communication with clients and other counsel, taking depositions, drafting case specific discovery, settlement negotiations, and appearing in court to argue motions and participate in trial.
