What You'll Do:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Handle a variety of matters involving litigation, corporate, real estate, and executive employment issues.
• Manage your own matters and caseload with support from senior attorneys.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation and transactional strategies.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

What We're Looking For:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law (experience in our practice areas preferred).
• Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia (or eligible to waive in).
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in handling client matters independently.
• Committed to ethical practice and client-first service.
