Job summary

Henderson Scott US is seeking a fully remote attorney licensed to practice in Michigan. This 40-hour-per-week role requires MI residency and MI bar admission.

There are no billable hours, and you will handle a broad range of consumer-protection matters, including transactional and civil litigation, and advocate for clients in court. Job description

This is a fully remote role in Michigan. You must live in MI and MUST BE admitted to practice law in MI.

This position imparts broad responsibilities and exposes you to a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.
You will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, setting claims and advocating for clients in court.
