Role Description The Associate Attorney will support litigation matters from initial investigation through trial and appeal in a full-time, on-site role located in Centennial, CO. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and assisting with discovery, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions. The attorney will collaborate with senior lawyers to prepare case strategy, attend court hearings, and participate in client meetings and communications. The role also involves analyzing complex medical, scientific, and technical materials to help build persuasive arguments and trial presentations. The associate will be expected to manage deadlines, maintain organized case files, and uphold high standards of professional ethics and client service.
