Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence.
• Support senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management.
• Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and trial materials.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Review legal documents for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Stay current on changes in statutes, regulations, and applicable case law.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional legal writing abilities, sound analytical judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
• Support senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management
• Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and trial materials

Required Qualifications
