Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Finance, as well as cross-border, distressed, and special situation deals.
• Work on high-end M&A and private equity projects for marquee clients.
• Direct access to partners who have built some of the region’s most sophisticated deal practices.
• Contribute to complex, headline-grabbing transactions in a collaborative team where associates are trusted with real responsibility and visibility.
• Operate within a close-knit culture with a clear path to advancement.
