Connect Search, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney in Dallas, TX, to join a respected litigation team focused on personal injury defense. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PI defense experience, J.D. from an accredited law school, and active Texas licensure.

Expect meaningful case responsibility, mentorship, and growth opportunities. The role offers a base salary of $135,000–$165,000 plus quarterly bonuses, a year‑end bonus, and comprehensive benefits including insurance and a 401(k).

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
