Associate Attorney – Business Litigation

Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

Annesser Armenteros PLLC is a business litigation firm representing companies, business owners, and partners in complex commercial disputes. Our cases involve high-level strategy, detailed motion practice, and meaningful courtroom exposure.

We are growing and seeking a driven Associate Attorney who wants to develop into a strong business litigator, not just a paper‑pusher.

Who This Role Is For
  • Has 1–3 years of litigation experience (or a strong new attorney with clerkship/mock trial background)
  • Enjoys legal writing and substantive motion practice
  • Wants real courtroom exposure and hands‑on experience
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
  • Is coachable, organized, and accountable

Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis
  • Assist with case strategy and litigation planning
  • Participate in discovery (drafting, responding, and managing disputes)
  • Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Maintain organized case files and meet critical deadlines

You will work directly with senior attorneys and gain meaningful exposure to complex business disputes in both state and federal court.
