Role Description:

Associate Attorney to join our Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Creditor’s Rights and Business / Corporate Law practice group in our Columbia, SC office. Candidates must be in good standing with the South Carolina Bar and possess strong academic credentials, exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling miscellaneous creditor’s rights and corporate matters, with a specific focus on creditor’s rights issues and commercial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:
