BCG Attorney Search in Columbia, MD seeks an Associate Attorney to join a dynamic family law and estate planning team. The role requires proactive litigation experience and a commitment to client satisfaction. You will manage a diverse caseload, draft motions, conduct depositions, and perform legal research.

The ideal candidate has a JD, Maryland Bar admission, and strong written/verbal communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office. DC Bar a plus.

Qualifications

• Admission to the Maryland Bar; DC Bar admission is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Experience in estate planning, guardianships, probate, or estate litigation is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with case management software, Clio preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
