Job Details
A fast-growing and nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking
an Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of civil litigation experience to join its dynamic team.
This role is remote for candidates based in California and offers the opportunity to help open a new Los Angeles office.
This position focuses on representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, providing impactful work for attorneys ready to take ownership of significant cases and advocate for vulnerable clients.

Key Responsibilities
~ Manage a caseload from inception through resolution or trial
~ Draft and argue motions in court
~ Conduct and defend depositions
~ Build and maintain strong client relationships
~ Participate in trials and work closely with experienced litigators

Ideal Candidate Profile
~ 3–6 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)
~ Strong commitment to justice and advocacy for survivors of abuse
~ Admitted to the California Bar (additional bar admissions a plus)
~ Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
~ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
