Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 1+ years of legal experience preferred, but we are open to the right candidate
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills

• Litigation experience is a plus, but not required for every candidate
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn

Depending on experience, interest, and firm needs, you may work in one or more of the following areas:

• Litigation – pleadings, motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Community Association / Corporate Governance – advising condominium and homeowners’ associations, interpreting governing documents, drafting legal opinions, covenant enforcement guidance, board meeting issues, and statutory compliance
• Foreclosure – handling assessment collection matters, foreclosure actions, and related client communication and file progression
