Job summary

Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien, Doherty & Kelly (MOODK) is seeking an entry to mid-level Litigation Attorney for our Manhattan, NY office with FT remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, with potential for productivity bonuses and leadership opportunities.

The role requires NY Bar membership, up to seven years of litigation experience, excellent communication abilities, sharp organization, and strong multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing.
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, NY-focused.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.
• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.

ENTRY TO MID-LEVEL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

MOODK is a mid-sized, regional firm that specializes in general liability, professional liability and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices located in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD and we are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join our team in the Manhattan, NY office in a FT remote, hybrid or onsite capacity.

Qualifications:

• Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing;
• Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in NY but open to all candidates with relevant skills;
  • Opportunities exist for more experienced candidates and can be found via another job posting.

• Strong organization and attention to detail;
