Job summary

MOODK is seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney for the Cherry Hill, NJ office in a FT remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity. The role requires at least 7 years of litigation experience and active NJ Bar membership.

You will handle general and professional liability and toxic tort matters with a collaborative, flexible team. Competitive salary ($120,000–$180,000) commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience.
• Active NJ Bar in good standing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.
• The ability to track billable hours is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in general liability, professional liability and toxic tort matters.
• Maintain case files, deadlines and discovery schedules.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to advance matters.
• Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to case strategy.

Qualifications:

• For the experienced role, at least 7 years of litigation experience;
  • Opportunities exist for those with less than 7 years’ experience and can be found via a separate job posting,
• Current and active NJ Bar membership in good standing;
• Superior written and oral communications skills;
• Strong organization and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
