Jobot is seeking an Associate Attorney, Creditors' Rights (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and Collections) for a remote/hybrid role. You will manage foreclosures, bankruptcies, and collections, draft pleadings, and support mortgage servicers and lenders through hearings and filings.
The ideal candidate holds a JD, an active NC law license, and 1–4 years of practice, with comfort in a hybrid/remote setup. Competitive compensation, benefits, and ongoing CLE/bar support are included.

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
