The associate will be involved in construction, product liability, professional liability, transportation, commercial, and general liability litigation. Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice in Illinois. An ideal candidate will have practical experience drafting pleadings and motions, answering written discovery, attending court and arguing dispositive motions, and taking and defending fact and expert witness depositions.
