We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with experience handling asbestos and talc litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong deposition experience, a background in toxic torts or product liability, and a passion for advocating for plaintiffs affected by asbestos exposure and defective talc products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, experts, and corporate witnesses in asbestos and talc-related cases.
• Manage complex litigation caseload, from pre-trial through resolution.
• Prepare legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Develop litigation strategies for high-value toxic tort cases.
• Work closely with medical experts, scientists, and investigators to build strong cases.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and defendants.
• Provide client consultations, ensuring effective communication and advocacy.
• Participate in court hearings, mediations, and trial preparations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in NJ and in good standing with the bar.
• 2 years of experience in asbestos, talc, toxic tort, or product liability litigation.
• Proven experience conducting depositions, particularly in complex litigation matters.
• Strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
