• Handle all aspects of litigation from pre-lawsuit investigations to trial preparation.
• Conduct written discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Appear in court and provide effective advocacy for clients.
• Collaborate with a collaborative team and mentor junior attorneys.

We’re growing our employment litigation practice and seeking an Associate Attorney ( 3+ years experience) to join our litigation team. The position offers a competitive salary starting at $150,000-$175,000- based on experience and remote work option and is aligned with and integrated into our Lexington, KY team’s practice structure and leadership with a focus on California matters.

We are dedicated to fostering the professional development of our attorneys by providing comprehensive training, hands-on coaching, and meaningful client exposure to support long-term career growth.

As a full-time Associate Attorney, you will gain immediate responsibility and become an integral part of a collaborative team with an established line of business. Here’s what you can look forward to:
