Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle local and national accounts across California.
• Manage litigation caseload independently.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
• Draft court filings and serve counsel; experience with e-filing preferred.
• Support trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate time records.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in complex litigation, toxic tort, or environmental liability.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Experience with motions and depositions, including leading plaintiff and expert depositions.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent multitasking and analytical skills.
