Job summary

Carlsbad Law Group, APC, a San Diego-based full-service firm, seeks a skilled associate attorney to join our civil litigation team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation experience and work in employment law, drafting pleadings, motions for summary judgment, depositions, and discovery.

This in-person, full-time role offers a generous bonus structure, benefits, and a 1800 hour target. Bar license in California required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with employment law, drafting pleadings, motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings and motions for court submissions.

Our firm is seeking a skilled and highly motivated associate attorney to join our team. The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication, as well as a commitment to excellent client service. Our firm is seeking an attorney with 3+years of civil litigation experience. An ideal candidate should have experience with employment law, drafting pleadings, preparing motions for summary judgment, conducting depositions and discovery motions. Trial Experience is a plus!

Salary: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00

Supplemental pay: Generous Bonus Structure

License/Certification: Bar (Required)
