Qualifications

• Advise clients on M&A transactions and corporate finance matters
• Support private equity and venture capital transactions

• Handle sophisticated corporate work without the traditional high-pressure billable-hour environment

Ideal Candidate:

• 2.5-4 years of corporate law experience
• Experience with M&A and/or corporate finance
