We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing Atlanta team. This attorney will work across a diverse caseload, including general liability, premises liability, and transportation matters. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong initiative, excellent writing skills, and a commitment to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of general liability, premises liability, and transportation files. Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents; conduct document review and case triage. Participate in depositions and motion practice early in your tenure. Engage in trial preparation, with opportunities to attend trials. Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to building a strong office culture. Take ownership of files and follow established processes and training protocols.
