Job summary

Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford, P.A. in Atlanta seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–8 years’ experience in transportation and premises liability to join our litigation team. This role offers exposure to complex cases and collaborative client service.

You will handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation; conduct research; and represent clients in court appearances and mediations. JD from accredited law school and bar in good standing required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3–8 years of experience in Transportation & Premises Liability.
• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Writing sample required; strong analytical, research and writing abilities.

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience, specifically in transportation & premises liability, to provide an excellent opportunity to handle complex cases in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
