Requirements

• Active Georgia law license
• 0–5 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or a related practice area
• Take‑charge attitude with the ability to manage cases and drive matters forward independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid academic credentials
• Enthusiasm for implementing new legal technology and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate, or bankruptcy-related matters
• Experience with Chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy matters
• Strong organizational skills and interest in developing systems and processes

Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and proposed orders
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
• Appear at hearings and status conferences
• Supervise staff and ensure timely completion of case‑related tasks
• Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 reflecting base salary and performance bonuses—strong performers may exceed the stated range
