The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling business disputes, personal injury cases, real estate matters, and contract disputes. The role also involves providing legal advice, conducting research, attending hearings/depositions, attending oral arguments, and assisting managing attorney at trial.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years litigation experience particularly in civil litigation or familiarity or interest in real estate and business disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients across diverse practice areas.
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
