Job Description
Reporting to the VP / SVP, Asset Management, the Associate, Asset Management is an active member of the Asset Management team, addressing issues, facilitating processes and managing specific objectives in support of Asset Management leaders who are providing oversight to a Portfolio Company or Companies.
This role represents an opportunity to play a key role in a growing Asset Management team with a focus on analysis, problem-solving and project management, providing immersive experience within key areas of management, including and not limited to defining and executing strategy, financial management, people management and general management practices.
Critical to the success of this role is the ability to see an organization holistically while managing multiple, concurrent projects, and working collaboratively across the Asset Management team.
Major Responsibilities :
1. Support the active oversight to portfolio companies of the Asset Management Team, ensuring that operating and financial performance is maximized, and targeted investment returns are achieved. Work with Asset Management leaders to collect information, analyze, and prepare materials in support of :

A Brookfield Leader is defined as follows :
Salary Range : $150,000 - $200,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
