The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Application Analyst - Business Integration.

The Associate Application Analyst - Business Integration working with more experienced team members, this role will develop expertise in ERP applications and related data and business processes within HR, Finance, and IT. It will support the implementation of new software and system upgrades. Help perform and coordinate system testing following application enhancements and impactful organization/configuration changes. Assist technical team and project support including requirements gathering, issue tracking, and related PM and SharePoint site maintenance. Maintain documentation as part of the technical team's lead role in testing, integration, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Participates in the implementation of new software or system enhancements.
  • Supports the analysis and documentation of business processes.
  • Works closely with a variety of IT, HR, and payroll disciplines and subject matter experts to help create efficiencies with new or improved processes, automation, customization, or reporting.
  • Troubleshoots data inaccuracies and inconsistencies in applications and reports.
  • Diagnoses interface and application issues.
  • Improves overall system function, and data integrity to effectively accomplish desired objectives.
  • Provides documentation as required regarding application configurations, problem solving resolutions, procedures, and scripts.
  • Provides end-user support, troubleshoots issues, and recommends solutions as assigned by the UHS Customer Support Center.
  • Works closely with a variety of subject matter experts and technical resources in multiple systems including areas of user provisioning, security, and quarterly user audits.
  • Travels infrequently (vendor conferences, career development, site visits).

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant experience.
  • Motivated to learn new applications and business operations.
  • Experience in Windows operating system and MS Office products a plus.
  • Ability to interpret and document processes, issues, or requirements in development of application and operational system design and related updates.
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong communication skills. Experience in project management processes and methods a plus.
  • SQL and/or JavaScript exposure is desirable, but not required. This is not a programming role but understanding its purpose and/or capabilities is helpful.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information is mandatory.
