The Corporate Information Services Department is seeking a dynamic and talented Associate Application Analyst - Reporting.

This role is pivotal in implementing, enhancing, and supporting our Workday system applications across modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems analysis and programming techniques, proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Prism, and Dashboards, and familiarity with third-party reporting tools, SQL, and project management. Responsibilities include coordinating solutions, documentation, supporting reporting applications, engaging with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and ensuring project standards and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

System Implementation

  • Meet regularly with supervisors and teams to discuss report specifications.
  • Coordinate solutions; prepare documentation; support reporting applications.
  • Define report specifications based on business needs and validate data sources.
  • Assist in training staff on reporting applications.
  • Develop test data, conduct system testing, and document all development phases.
  • Troubleshoot, open, and monitor Customer Support Center Tickets related to implementation.
  • Follow UHS Project Management standards and report deviations.
  • Perform requirements analysis to determine the best reporting tools, considering alternatives to Workday when appropriate.

System Maintenance/Support

  • Research and resolve issues from Customer Support Center Tickets, especially during major upgrades.
  • Adhere to Service Level and Change Management policies.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
  • Maintain communication with the user community.

Administration and Oversight

  • Maintain Service Excellence principles.
  • Keep management informed of activities, needs, and issues.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Growth and Development

  • Continuously learn about Workday functionalities.
  • Participate in training and workshops.
  • Learn advanced reporting techniques and industry trends, including non-Workday platforms.
  • Focus on professional growth within the organization.
