Activision is seeking an Associate Animation Director, Living World to shape the animation vision for living-world experiences in a new IP. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure animation enhances gameplay systems, worldbuilding, storytelling, and player immersion, while mentoring animators and driving quality across production.

The role requires directing systemic content and partnering with Design, Engineering, Art, Audio, and Narrative to deliver high-caliber animation at scale.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in game animation with leadership on shipped AAA titles.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence creative direction.
• Deep understanding of how animation, gameplay systems, narrative, and audio work together.
