Eversource Energy is seeking an Associate Analyst, Transmission to support NPCC regulatory filings and post-filing responses in a hybrid work environment across MA, CT, and NH. The role interfaces with ISO-NE and coordinates with transmission operations to ensure accurate reporting under NERC and NPCC standards.
The position requires collaboration with SMEs across engineering and planning teams, and involves preparing compliance documentation, event analyses, and regulatory submissions.

Current guidelines require employees to work at least three days in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the third day set by the employee and supervisor based on department needs. Individual will participate in the planning, preparation, and review of NPCC regulatory filings as well as post-filing response. The individual will interface with Independent System Operator – New England (ISO-NE) and participate in the coordination of required filings. Activities include coordination and, working with transmission operations to ensure proper reporting of NERC and ISO-NE requirements. Coordinates reporting on the groups quarterly key performance indicator goals. In addition, the individual will work with operations, planning, engineering, and other Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide timely response for Eversource (ES) regulatory compliance.
