You will have the opportunity to become a subject matter expert (SME) in the set-up of payout rules, products and sponsors, billing of fees and expenses, research and payout of advisor compensation, supporting financial advisors and ensuring accurate and timely payments.In this role, you will be responsible for activities related to the management and administration of financial advisors' commissions payments which will include working with internal stakeholders and fund companies to resolve complex commission problems and processing commission payments. Being flexible and adaptable to competing priorities will be key success factors for this position.Responsibilities:Develop expertise in Client Compensation Operations processing and proceduresServe as dedicated liaison, taking ownership of Client Compensation escalationsProcess transactions with precision and accuracy, ensuring accurate and timely payments flow to financial advisors and their firmsOwn and supervise firm-wide, multi-department projects to build or enhance experience workflows related to the departmentProactively review audit controls to mitigate risk, remove redundant requirements, and increase transparency with audit partnersProactively assist with large-scale projects and transformation effortsPlan and champion initiatives that enhance the advisor experience and positively impact the broader LPL organizationWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.
