EY is hiring for an Associate Analyst in its USA Service Delivery Center - Business Technology. You will join a team of US-based professionals providing project-based support across diverse industries, with opportunities to work on AI, data analytics, and technology assurance initiatives.

You will align with one of multiple offerings (AI & Data, Technology Assurance, CRM, DET, Oracle, PEGA, SAP, InsurTech) and collaborate in a dynamic, hybrid environment emphasizing in-person collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, technology, MIS or related field.

Responsibilities

• As part of the Service Delivery Center, support client-facing teams with project-based work.
• Leverage AI, data analytics and monitoring to drive insights and decisions.
• Contribute to technology offerings across AI & Data, Technology Assurance, CRM, DET, Oracle, SAP, PEGA, and more.
• Participate in a hybrid model with 40-60% in-person work during engagements.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
